Malaysia PDPA
  • We comply with the 7 PDPA Principles: General, Notice & Choice, Disclosure, Security, Retention, Data Integrity, and Access.

  • Transfers outside Malaysia only to jurisdictions with adequate protections or with your consent.

Singapore PDPA
  • We comply with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

  • You may request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent.

  • Cross-border transfers are allowed only with comparable protections.
